 Bill Walton has spent over 25 years in accounting and finance in various industries. Previous employers include KPMG and Coca Cola Enterprises. He is currently a Executive Vice President with S&W Capital and Realty LLC. Bill specializes in self-storage financing nationwide providing industry owners with Self-Storage Acquisition Loans and Self-Storage Refinancing Loans He has also been engaged to perform Self-Storage Acquisition Reviews and has participated on due diligence teams for major self-storage portfolio acquisitions.
Bill is an active member of the national and various state self-storage associations where he is often a featured speaker on various topics relating to Self-Storage Financing. Bill has been a featured speaker for the last three years at the National ISS Self-Storage Conference in Las Vegas. He has also been published on the topic of self-storage financing in the Annual Finance Edition of Inside Self-Storage.
Bill, who is a CPA, has both his North Carolina real estate sale's and real estate broker's license. Bill is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Charlotte where he obtained his B.S. degree in Accounting.
