Facility Startup and Assessment

Special attention is given to new properties just starting up. This may be the beginning of an on-going contract with us, or you may choose to retain us for this phase of your project only. If you choose the latter, we charge a flat fee for these services, which usually takes a few weeks, and includes setting budgets, ordering office and site equipment, setting up your office, developing a marketing plan and signage, and advertising.

If you have an existing property (or properties) that is in operation, but you are dissatisfied with its performance or for whatever reason you need help, we offer two solutions: We can come in and conduct an audit that will examine market conditions or possible site problems, or you may decide to retain us on a sustaining basis.
